Direct deposit - our bank details will be sent to you via email after placing your order. Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. If funds are not received within 48 hours of order placement, your order may be subject to cancellation.

Due to the number of non paying orders via direct debit, we will not attempt to complete or process your order until funds are received. This may result in items going out of stock in the time between when your order was first submitted and when the funds have cleared our bank account. In the event this occurs you will be issued with a store credit to the value of the item that is out of stock.

We understand that investing in original artwork requires trust, and we strive to ensure every piece meets the highest standard of quality and presentation before it leaves the studio.

1. Damaged Artwork (Transit)

If your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, we will promptly find a solution at no additional cost to you.

Reporting Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Procedure: Email clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging to: info@yelenaartstudio.com. If the damaged item is an Original Artwork:

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, we cannot offer an exact replacement. Instead, we will work directly with you to find the best solution, which may include:

A full or partial refund (depending on the damage).

Offering a commission for a new piece based on your preferences.

2. Change of Mind Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of each artwork, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
